- 1/3 cup yellow corn meal
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1 lb. fish fillets
- ¼ cup salad oil
Combine the corn meal, salt, flour and paprika. Dip fish into corn meal mixture to coat. In a large cast iron skillet, heat oil. Fry fish fillets in oil until brown on one side. Turn and fry on the other side.
