GreatCare, a licensed personal services agency, seeks hard-working, reliable caregivers to serve as certified nurse aids (CNAs) and home health aids for our customers in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities vary depending on the patient need, but typically include personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, safety supervision, transportation to/from appointments, household care, morning wake-up and evening tuck-in.

We offer flexible daytime, evening and 24-hour care positions. All of our caregivers are bonded, insured and screened thoroughly, and we are covered by insurance and workman’s compensation.

Requirements for Great Care’s home care positions include:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal / background check
• CNA or HHA license
• Solid work history with experience in healthcare or home health industries
• Independent thinker with problem-solving skills
• Compassion for helping families and individual patients
